How I get there.
Think. Make. Ship. Learn.Read the room.
Talk to customers, read the repo, understand the business. Get the problem clear before opening Figma.
Sketch the spine.
A small architecture diagram, a few competing prototypes, and a clear hypothesis for each.
Ship small, often.
Production-ready design systems and real code. I’ve merged my own PRs on six products.
Measure, adjust.
Look at funnels after launch. Iterate on what people actually do, not just what the spec says.
